HPN-K Inc. (hereinafter "Company") has established the following privacy policy to protect the personal information and rights of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to smoothly handle user grievances related to personal information.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and prior consent will be obtained when the purpose of use changes.
- Membership registration and management: Confirmation of membership registration intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintenance and management of membership, prevention of fraudulent use of services, various notices and notifications
- Provision of goods or services: Delivery of goods, provision of services, sending of contracts and invoices, provision of content, provision of customized services, identity verification, age verification, payment and settlement of fees
- Use in marketing and advertising: Development of new services and provision of customized services, provision and participation of event and advertising information, provision of services and advertisement according to demographic characteristics, confirmation of service validity, statistics on service usage
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period)
- The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period of personal information stipulated by law or the retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
- The processing and retention period for each type of personal information is as follows:
- Membership registration and management: Until membership withdrawal
- Provision of goods or services: Until completion of supply and settlement of fees
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company processes the personal information of data subjects only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides personal information to third parties only in cases that fall under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows for smooth processing of personal information.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)
- Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time:
- Request for access to personal information
- Request for correction of errors
- Request for deletion
- Request for suspension of processing
Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
- The Company destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary.
- The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:
- Destruction procedure: Unnecessary personal information and personal information files are destroyed under the responsibility of the Personal Information Protection Officer.
- Destruction method: Electronic files are destroyed using technical methods that prevent reproduction. Printed personal information is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Measures to Ensure Safety)
The Company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Minimization and training of personnel handling personal information
- Establishment and implementation of internal management plans
- Technical measures against hacking
- Encryption of personal information
- Storage and prevention of falsification of access records
- Restriction of access to personal information

Supplementary Provisions
This Privacy Policy shall take effect from January 1, 2026.
